RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal: Consumers may return products within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery without any reason and without penalty.
1.2 Return Process: Customers must send a request to info@bioherbal.com.tr. After approval, return details will be provided via email.
1.3 Eligible Products: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Non-resellable items are not accepted.
1.4 Return Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product is defective, Bioherbal covers the shipping cost.
1.5 Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment via email.
2.2 Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment but can be returned.
3. Exceptions
- Personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Opened cosmetic or hygiene products
4. Notes
Products must be returned safely in original packaging. Damaged returns are not accepted.
5. Warranty
Bioherbal products are covered under legal manufacturer warranty.
