1. Parties to the Agreement
This Agreement has been mutually accepted between: a) Mine Ulutaş Mine Doğal Kozmetik, operating via the website www.bioherbal.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as “BIOHERBAL”) and b) The internet user who becomes a member of the www.bioherbal.com.tr website, residing at the address specified on the membership page (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the terms under which the Member shall benefit from the services, products offered for sale, and member-exclusive privileges provided by BIOHERBAL through the website www.bioherbal.com.tr, subject to the specified conditions and fees.
3. Provisions of the Agreement

3.1. No matter not explicitly committed in this agreement shall be interpreted against BIOHERBAL. Unless otherwise stated in writing by BIOHERBAL, BIOHERBAL reserves the right to request the fees announced on the site for products and services.

3.2. This membership agreement does not impose any financial commitment or obligation on the Member. The Member is only liable to pay the prices of the products and services ordered via the website and other related fees. No additional fee shall be charged for membership itself.

3.3. BIOHERBAL may establish paid membership types (Gold, VIP, etc.) that include broader rights and discounts. The Member’s current membership will not be converted to a paid one without their consent; however, the Member cannot demand new paid services without upgrading their membership.

3.4. The Member declares that the personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and shall indemnify BIOHERBAL for all damages arising from inaccuracies.

3.5. The Member cannot share their password with third parties; the right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member.

3.6. The Member agrees to comply with all legal regulations while using member-exclusive services.

3.7. The Member shall not use the website for purposes that disrupt public order, violate general morality, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3.12. BIOHERBAL reserves the right to delete the Member's account and data unilaterally at any time.

3.22. BIOHERBAL may change, update, or cancel the terms of this agreement at any time without prior notice.
4. Duration and Termination
This agreement enters into force upon the Member's acceptance. It remains in effect until the Member cancels their membership or it is terminated by BIOHERBAL due to a breach of terms.
5. Dispute Resolution
Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.
6. Enforcement
Registration by the Member means they have read and accepted all articles. This agreement is concluded electronically at the time of membership.
