DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement is concluded between the seller “Mine Ulutaş” and the consumer (“Buyer/Customer”) who makes purchases through the website (https://bioherbal.com.tr), in order to regulate the rights and obligations regarding sales made via remote communication tools, under the following terms.
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS / LEGAL BASIS
This agreement is prepared based on Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
“Distance sale” refers to sales where the seller and buyer are not physically present in the same place and the order and sales transactions are carried out using remote communication tools (website, email, phone, etc.).
In this agreement: “Seller” → Mine Ulutaş / “Buyer” → Consumer/customer.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION
For products ordered by the Buyer:
- Product / Brand / Model / Color / Quantity
- Unit price (including VAT)
- Shipping / delivery fee (if applicable)
- Total price (including taxes and shipping)
will be stated on the invoice and order confirmation screen.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
Payment is made through methods stated on the Bioherbal website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
After order and payment confirmation, the Seller ships the product if in stock; otherwise, the Buyer is informed in writing and the payment is refunded.
Delivery is fulfilled when the product is sent complete, undamaged, and with warranty documents (if any).
ARTICLE 5 – PRE-INFORMATION AND APPROVAL
The Buyer is deemed to have been informed and approved the following before ordering:
- Seller identity and contact details
- Product features, total price (including tax & shipping)
- Payment, delivery, cancellation and return conditions
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / CANCELLATION
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without any reason.
To use this right, the product must be returned unused, with packaging, label, invoice and accessories complete.
In case of withdrawal, payment is refunded within 14 days. Shipping cost: … (Seller pays / Buyer pays).
ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Products are covered under manufacturer/seller warranty if applicable. Terms are stated on the product page or warranty certificate.
In case of defects, the Buyer may exercise rights under Law No. 6502.
ARTICLE 8 – FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation issues, the Seller informs the Buyer and the Buyer may cancel or postpone the order.
ARTICLE 9 – COMMUNICATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Communication is carried out via email, phone or website.
The Seller is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 10 – LEGAL TERMS & DISPUTES
For matters not covered in this agreement, Turkish Law No. 6502 and related regulations apply.
In case of disputes, parties first attempt to resolve amicably; otherwise, Turkish courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
